24ORB TERMS
Use 24ORB responsibly.
These Terms explain the basic rules for using 24ORB, creating and sharing content, protecting accounts, and using connected services.
Effective: September 24, 2026
1. Accepting these Terms
By creating an account, accessing 24ORB, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you are using 24ORB for an organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization where required.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You may use 24ORB only if applicable law allows you to do so. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining control of your sign-in credentials and recovery methods, and taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
3. Account security
Do not share passwords, MFA recovery codes or other authentication secrets. Notify 24ORB Support if you believe an account has been compromised. 24ORB may require additional verification, revoke sessions or temporarily restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect an account or the service.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you create or upload, subject to any rights that already belong to other people. You grant 24ORB a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, display and otherwise handle that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve and provide the features you choose, including sharing with audiences you select.
5. Sharing and permissions
You are responsible for choosing appropriate audiences and for respecting access granted by other users. Being invited to view or collaborate on private content does not give you permission to redistribute it outside the intended audience. Calendar, media, organization and collaboration permissions may differ by feature.
6. Public content
Content you intentionally make public may be visible without sign-in, may appear in public search or feeds, and may be available through public APIs designed for public content. Do not publish information you are not authorized to make public.
7. Prohibited conduct
- Use 24ORB for unlawful activity or to facilitate serious harm.
- Harass, threaten, exploit, stalk or impersonate another person.
- Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, probe security controls or interfere with service availability.
- Use another person’s private content outside the permissions they granted.
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights or other legal rights.
- Send spam, deceptive messages or abusive automated traffic.
- Scrape, harvest or collect private data without authorization.
- Attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, API scopes or protected-media delivery.
- Use the service in a way that materially harms other users, 24ORB or connected services.
8. Intellectual property and third-party rights
You must have the rights needed for content you upload or share. 24ORB does not grant you ownership of another person’s content simply because it is visible to you. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact Support with enough information for the request to be evaluated.
9. Connected services and integrations
24ORB may connect with services such as Jam45, YouTube, Vimeo, email providers, mapping services or other integrations. Those services may have separate terms and privacy rules. 24ORB is not responsible for an external service’s independent operation, availability or policies. Integrations may change or become unavailable.
10. Jam45 previews and music
Jam45 music cards may provide authorized previews and links back to Jam45. A preview does not grant ownership or download rights beyond what Jam45 or the rights holder permits. Do not attempt to bypass Jam45 access controls or obtain protected source files through 24ORB.
11. APIs and automated access
Public APIs may be used only for information that is intentionally exposed publicly and subject to applicable rate limits and rules. Authenticated APIs require valid authorization and scopes. You may not use API access to obtain private content you are not authorized to access, circumvent user permissions, or overload the service.
12. Moderation and safety
24ORB may investigate reports, restrict visibility, remove content, suspend features or take other proportionate action when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, respond to abuse, preserve service integrity or comply with law. Context matters, and not every report will result in removal.
13. Service changes and availability
24ORB is actively developed. Features may change, be added, be removed, or experience downtime. We may modify technical limits, integrations or functionality to improve safety, reliability or the product. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
14. Backups and data loss
24ORB may maintain backups and recovery systems, but no storage system is infallible. You should keep your own copies of irreplaceable material. Where 24ORB provides download or export tools, those tools are intended to help users retain authorized copies of their own content.
15. Suspension or termination
You may stop using 24ORB at any time. 24ORB may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for serious or repeated violations, security risk, fraud, abuse, legal requirements or prolonged nonpayment for a paid service. Where appropriate and lawful, we may provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue.
16. Disclaimers
To the extent allowed by law, 24ORB is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, that third-party integrations will remain unchanged, or that the service will meet every particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
17. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, 24ORB and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Any limitation applies only to the extent the law allows and does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.
18. Legal requests
24ORB may preserve or disclose information when required by valid legal process or other applicable legal obligations. We may challenge, narrow or seek clarification of requests where appropriate and legally permitted. These Terms do not create a promise to retain data beyond ordinary operational, security, backup or legal requirements.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as 24ORB changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and, when appropriate, by providing additional notice. Continued use after revised Terms take effect may constitute acceptance where allowed by law.
