24ORB ACCOUNT & DATA

Delete your 24ORB account & data.

You can permanently delete your account inside 24ORB, or send a deletion request if you cannot sign in. You may also delete selected content without closing your account.

Full account deletion is permanent.

Deletion begins immediately after confirmation. There is no 30-day account-recovery window. Download an export first if you want a copy of your 24ORB data.

OPTION 1 · IN 24ORB

Delete it yourself

This is the fastest method when you can sign in.

  1. Open Account

    Sign in to 24ORB and choose Account in the top navigation.

  2. Open the deletion controls

    Under Your Data, find Export & account deletion, then open Delete my account.

  3. Confirm permanent deletion

    Enter your current password, type DELETE MY 24ORB, check the confirmation box, and choose Permanently delete my account.

If you own a 24ORB organization, transfer or remove that ownership first so shared business data is not orphaned.

OPTION 2 · NO SIGN-IN NEEDED

Send a deletion request

Use the public support form if you cannot access 24ORB or want help completing the request.

  1. Open Help & Support

    The request form is public and does not require you to sign in.

  2. Choose Privacy request

    Enter the email address used for your account and your 24ORB @handle if you know it.

  3. Ask for full deletion

    Write “Delete my 24ORB account and associated data.” We will reply to verify account ownership before processing the request.

Never send your password, MFA recovery code, encryption key, or another secret through support.

DELETE SELECTED DATA

Keep your account. Remove what you choose.

Delete an individual Pulse post or reply, Calendar event, Note, Reminder, Project, photo, video, audio item, or other supported content from its own controls. You can also use the public privacy-request form and describe exactly what you want removed.

Use the item’s Delete control inside 24ORB.

Recovery window

Most deleted items remain in Recently Deleted for up to 30 days.

Permanent removal

Permanently delete it now, or let 24ORB remove it automatically after 30 days.

Encrypted chat-message deletion is permanent and is not placed in Recently Deleted. A lawful preservation hold can temporarily pause permanent removal.

WHAT IS DELETED

Your personal 24ORB presence

  • Your account, profile, sign-in credentials, sessions, MFA, passkeys, and registered devices.
  • Personal orbs and personal content you own, including Pulse posts and replies, Calendar events, Notes, Reminders, Projects, photos, videos, audio, and private files.
  • Connections, personal sharing access, reactions, notifications, and synchronization records associated with your account.
  • Your encrypted-chat device and key access, memberships, and encrypted recovery package held by 24ORB.

LIMITED EXCEPTIONS

What may be kept

  • Organization-owned content stays with the organization; your ownership or access is removed.
  • Messages already shared in an end-to-end encrypted conversation may remain as encrypted history for other participants, with your sender identity detached.
  • Routine backup copies may remain for up to 14 days under the current backup rotation and are not available in ordinary active use or search.
  • Information under a lawful preservation hold, or limited security and fraud-abuse records required for protection or legal compliance, may remain only as long as that purpose requires.
